ABOUT US:
TRIP was started in May of 2010 by Dave Campbell, The Steel City Ambassaor Board of Directors, and several local staff, as a means to create an independent percussion pagaentry ensemble for the Pittsburgh area. Since the demise of the Project Percussion unit, no vehicle has existed in the area to allow for significant growth for those young adults who like to "hit things".
TRIP is attempting to fill that void!
MISSION STATEMENT:
Three Rivers Indoor Percussion is dedicated to the enrichment of young adults ages 14-23 in the areas of musicianship, discipline, teamwork, pride, and expression through competitive performance of challenging musical and visual repertoire. Our mission is to create well rounded individuals and give them life skills and memories that will allow them to be successful in every venture in which they participate.
